Hello again...
This is practically a family house with a 2 bedrooms, one for the parents and one for the kids. It also has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a basement and a pier for fishing.
You could clear some of the trees for a driveway or something but this is how I like it. This lot is only partly furnished.
