Do you feel like you need to get away from the ruggedness of the countryside? Come on down to the Urban Hideaway, where there's something for everyone.

This little studio-styled shack has one bathroom and is built on a 2x1 lot. It costs only $10,308 and has LOTS of room for improvement! It's a great fixer-upper, or just an ugly little place for your dirty sims to live. There is lots of room to build up, and a little room to build out. It is fully furnished.

Lot Size: 2x1
Lot Price: $10,308
