Floridian Remake (6BR, 5BA, Pool, Garage, etc)

A few weeks back, when I returned from vacation, I built a remake of the house my family stayed at for the week. It is based off the this property, but I took liberties to make it bigger and a perfect "legacy" house. I spent a day on it, so yeah. I figured I'd upload it because it was just sitting in my lot bin and I felt sorry for it.

The house is empty except for the bathrooms. I tried my very best to keep everything base-game-only, but I probably missed something. I, personally, have Uni, NL, OFB, & Pets. Because of the driveway, you will need Nightlife, or you can download these from the EA Games site.

I had a sim run around the house with scissors (No, really.) and she was able to go from each room to the next, entered and exited each door and navigated well in the house without problem. This house is free of all custom content and has no hacked objects included with it. It was packaged in a Sims2Pack file and only has the lot and one additional download that is detailed below.

The house will look really plain, but that is on purpose. I wanted it to be a blank slate. It has all white walls, beige carpeting and neutral tiling.

* This is bedroom #3 in the floorplan, but can be a large bedroom, if need be. I made it for those that are going to use it as a legacy house and need a large nursery for toys, cribs, etc that is static.

RECOMMENDED DOWNLOADS
-> Marmy's Built-In Closet: I have included this with the house, because it fits well with the floor plan. Feel free to delete it from the house, closets will revert to dressers.
-> Invisible Driveway & Extension: This is not included, but is perfect to make your driveway match the concrete stone around the walkway and driveway.
