The SIM MANSION is a quite a big home (6 sims) i based some of the features from my own house like the living-room, kitchen and the bed-room on the bottom floor (that would be my brothers bedroom) but the back garden is totally made up....you may need to put a bath-room on the bottom floor for the sims who will sleep in that bedroom only costing 111.085 simileons i think is quite good.......so i hope you thank my download and enjoy
