Tiny House on 1x3 lot

**UPDATE**
known issue: sorry about this, but when I played it I didn't think much of the bathroom until i had more than one sim in the house. the way the tub is the sims can't get to the toilet or the sink. i might re-upload the lot later, but for now what i did was replace the tub with a shower, & then used 'boolprop setobjectstogrid false' to move the shower to the middle of the wall it's on.

hi guys!
I come today with my first upload, a tiny house on a 1x3 lot. It's a perfect starter home & would not have been possible without MaryLou's lots or the Lot Expander by Andi.

there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom [Jack & Jill], & a combined kitchen/living area.



it is fully furnished, but there are objects from each EP:
Nightlife: none, but since I have nightlife you'll need it to play this lot
Uni: long mirror in one of the bedrooms, the counters in the kitchen, & the table & chairs in the kitchen
OFB: both dressers in the bedrooms, & the doors on the house
Seasons: the bathroom tile

I know the colors to bedroom 2 are kind of WOW, but I created it while thinking of one of my sims.
of course, if you want to edit the house & change the colors definately do so, but please don't upload the house somewhere else.
