Well, this is officially the first home I've ever uploaded that costs less than 20k!
And anyone who knows me knows that this is a rare occasion. AND, on to of that, only THREE custom items!! This is truely a historic occasion. I've finally made something affordable.

Ok, 1st floor has a living room with a computer, phone, tv, couch, and bookcase, a kitchen with full-size fridge, dishwasher, sink and trash compactor. the dining room is set for two, and there is also a full bath on the 1st floor. This is perfect for a young couple starting out, and has many potential expansion ideas.

the 2nd floor is only a bedroom, with a single double bed.

The outside has a small porch, sheltered steps to the road, a driveway complete with pickup, and a fairly good-sized lawn space for stargazing and other such absurdness.
