A companion to my 'Death Penalty' range of eyes. This set contains the 5 'normal' colours. They have been made genetic (Brown and Dark Blue at 1, Green Grey and Light Blue at 2) so should not dominate over any default eyes you may have.
The name 'Venus Gospel' comes from Cid Higwinds's ultimate weapon in the video game Final Fantasy VII. (It's powerful, but what kind of man wields a weapon called 'Venus Gospel? I kid. I kid. Cid's my favourite character.) The inspiration to call them this came from the fact that I created this set as a companion to the Death Penalty eyes, and the closeness between Cid and Vincent (see the scene at the Inn in Gold Saucer the first time round if you have Vincent to understand.)
All screenshots and swatch images were taken in game using Irfanview. No effects were added to them in Paint Shop Pro other than cropping and resizing, so the screenshots should be an appropriate gauge of how they should look in game.
The eyes themselves were made using a brush provided by Avesper at InSim, and the eye base was created by KnightSkyKyte so partial credit must go to them.
Additional Credits:
KnightSkyKyte for their sclera base
Avesper at InSim for the brush used.
Dewshine at InSim for the tutorial I followed to make the eyes genetic.
