This house uses Teenstylestuff as well as about every pack Maxis has made. It REQUIRES at least NightLife, Pets and Seasons to make the lot--but uses objects from the plethora of Maxis expansion and stuff packs. It also uses Holiday Pack stuff (and/or Maxis downloads of some of the objects). I think you can load the lot without all the items and they will either disappear or revert to a Maxis basic. I wanted a house decorated for the coming Christmas holidays. Which meant I needed a house big enough to hold all those Noel features. When I saw a picture of a Tuscan (French Country) farmhouse-mansion, I knew I had found what I needed.

The house is big, and so is on a 5x5 lot. However, the lot is built to play well on more limited machines (like mine!), primarily by containing the use of trees and other massively-polygoned objects. So, even if you normally avoid large lots because they slow your game to a slide show, this lot may be quite playable for you.
