I'm back, and have an awesome new starter home! I created this for my little sister, and have decided to share it with everyone on MTS2 as well. It features a spacious living room, a kitchen/dining room with lovely parquet wood flooring, two cozy bedrooms including a luxurious master bed with a porch and television, and two comfortable bathrooms. Surrounding the house is an abundance of pretty bushed and trees, plus an airy back porch for those perfect spring days. The furnished verson features an outdoor spa, a big fireplace, and a swing for the little ones. The unfurnished version is a starter home at $19,741, but the furnished is over $103,000, so please keep that in mind. Because there is no fireplace in the unfurnished version, the master bedroom has an extra window. Modern Remix to follow under regular housing.
