Hi!

Here is one cottage in two different files:
Complete - with furniture and decorations (Price: 115,864);
Empty - only trimming (Price: 50,154).

Both do not have stairs on the beach - you must put them yourself because it depends of your beach.

I tried to put this lot on different places in the game. The best places you can find in the neighborhood Moonislands shown on the picture. Also can be used BlueWater. I couldn't place it in Tikki. Actualy you can try other places...
Sorry for this little problem. (And sorry for my terrible English)
