Lemon Tree Cottage is an ideal home for a sim family who is looking to start a new life in the countryside. Built on a spacious bit of land (medium 4x3), it is home to some well maintained organic lemon trees that are scattered in amongst some established greenery. There's 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a couple of bathrooms, a kitchen, a front room and several homely reception areas. It has a garage and a workhorse truck at the front, and all of the gardens have been landscaped. It's 192,188 simoleons. Your sims will harvest that back in no time if they decide to turn their home into a family run home business. There is an organic garden ready for them in the back garden. There is plenty of room left for cultivation and renovation.
