This lot is designed with two ideas in mind, the first is its a functional starter lot and can meet the basic skill-building needs of a sim. Second, that it can be further grown into without needing additional construction. Likewise if the buyer is interested, there is more then enough room to expand on the first floor.
The front entrance is flanked by the mailbox and garbage can, a roofed entrance allows sims a bit of protection from elements while waiting to come in or going out to check the mail, take out the trash, etc. A pair of pillars surrounded by stucco borders and small hedges give just a hint of landscaping, with more then enough room to grow a small garden of hedges, flowers, whatever as the sim's fortunes grow.
