This is a simple, country-style, house for your Sims to feel right at home. This house is perfect for a growing family with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, one half bath on the main floor and lots of space on the second floor to build a forth bedroom. This split level house also has a 2 car garage on the first floor.

The unfurnished version has no chimney, but I have left room for it on the main floor. Landscaping is down to minimum so to keep the price of the lot as low as possible.

The furnished version is only lightly furnished with Maxis items only.
