Pola Ave. (above 20k lot)

Pola Ave. is the first home I have built for Mod the Sims. I figure since the web site always has some awesome items for me to download, I'd return the favor.
I tried to built a start home....and I failed
So I used a floor plan and build what I believe was a beautiful house! I did shut of the custom contents, but if you still find some and I don't have them labeled, search my favorites. You may find them there. Other than that, everything is from Maxis!

This house is worth $115,712 furnished.
3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a garage, pond and pool. The master bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. The other bedrooms are designed for a boy or girl and both room have double beds.

Some people do some awesome work on there.
