Thought be extinct for millions of years, the Sims city archaeological society has found that the neanderthal has not vanished but instead has integrated themselves into modern society. We have captured images of the elusive modern cavewoman in her native environment.

Note: This is a tweaked version of the Modern Male Neanderthal with toned down brutish features.

Hair pictured is not included.
