My 50th upload is one of my favorite floorplans brought to Sim life.

Features Include:

-Master Bedroom with private bath and dressing area. Patio with hot tub and privacy fence.

-2 smaller bedrooms, 1 full bath

- Laundry room.. aren't we getting washers and dryers with Apartment Life? Until then it could be another bathroom.

-Den/Study which can also be made into a 4th bedroom, if you wish.

-Family Room

-Formal Living area

-Dining room

-Spacious kitchen

-Out door BBQ next to the pool

-Garage with a crafting area/workshop

Pictures show the furnished version.. only Maxis content was used. I highly recommend using your imagination.. this house looked well in contemoprary style or with old European classics.

The unfurnished version (64169Cleaned) includes the outdoor BBQ area furnishings and kitchen cabinets. The fursnished version includes everything seen in the pictures.
