This is a nice little - and very playable - starter apartment for couples with no kids. Four apartments are located around a central swimming pool and hang-out terrace. The front door opens immediately to the kitchen/diner. Pet owners: there's room for pet furniture and food baskets. Passing the downstairs bathroom, we come into the livingroom from which a cornered stair goes up to the top floor, with another bathroom and one bedroom. Outside, above the kitchen, is a terrace with a hottub. Enjoy :-)

If you use the Seasons EP, it might be advisable to remove the hottubs on the roof, as snow leaks through the square in the ceiling where the hottub is (look at the kitchen ceiling in 45 deg mode). You don't want your sims to turn blue of cold, would you? To enable buildtools (in order to be able to delete the hottubs) use "boolprop AptSubLotSpecificToolsDisabled false". Don't delete any walls or doors and turn the prop back on after you're done.
