An American home is just a typical home that you might find anywhere in anyone's hometown. It's not particularly beautiful or perfect. But it has a lot of memories and feels like home. It's roomy enough to raise a family and still be cozy and warm. And when the extended family moves in theres always room to grow.

This house comes with it's own history. It was the home built for Brandi Broke by her new husband, Ben. They moved in with Dustin, Beau and little Joshua. Soon, Ben and Brandi had their own daughter and named her Daria. The family lived there for many years and Dustin raised his own daughter here. At one time the Dining Room had been the master bedroom. It was next door to Daria's nursery which was on the first floor.
Now your own Sims can create your own memories in this very old house.
NOTES
There is a fully furnished and decorated edition called An American Home, and an unfurnished edition called Anniversary Lot Unfr. It has all plumbing, lights walls and floors
The dog on the lawn and bow on the roof are not included. I just got crazy in Photo Shop

This is the first home I ever built for the Sims. I am uploading it as the Anniversary Edition. This past October was one year from the first lot I ever uploaded to MTS2.
