Maxis made such a deformed PT that I decided to look for a default replacement. Since I wasn't sure the replacement I wanted worked with Apartment Life, I followed TurboJAzn's tutorial on how to make one myself- and it worked! No more nonexistent noses .

Extract into your downloads folder.

This mod includes the face sculpt.
