So for my own personal taste I have done away with all walls that don't fit, and have started to create ones that do. (with larger crown)

In this first mixed set there are:
6 two-tone painted walls with chair rail and matching wall w/o Chair rail.
3 wallpaper with chair rail and matching wallpaper w/o Chair rail.
4 tiled walls with chair rail and matching shower walls w/o chair rail and baseboard.
