The garage had to go as it was destroying the portals and pathing for some reason, sims were wandering all round the house and leaving the papers by the back door. The car port solved that problem.

The open concrete area beside the drive also makes a wonderful Home Business area if required.

Have playtested this through a full 4 seasons so far without problems, and the objects at 45 degrees are all playable.
