Yes, I am waaaay out of my comfort zone here. Moderns are not something I really do, but I have a sim family that is quite quirky and they just did not seem at home in any of my other lots. I have alot of apprehension about offering this one...but it is a good floorplan and it gave me a chance to try something new. I hope you like it
