Hi all!

My third in my contemporary set. This time it is a big family estate with 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), conservatory swimming pool, Garage with 1 bedroom annexe, 2 barns, orchard, pond, and a greenhouse.

It is unfurnished so you can add your own interior style.

You will need to download poenix_phaerie's Moder Georgian Manor Set and Modern Georgian Manor Add-Ons Set, as I left out the windows and doors from the pack as all are repository to a door and window in the first set.
