After discovering with much dismay that my computer is just short of the RAM required to run Sims3, I decided to make myself a pity house.

This quaint farmhouse is well-suited for a medium to large family wishing to purchase a smaller home.

-Fully furnished except for two bedrooms, so you can make them into nurseries if need be.
