Base Game Compatible

I know I said I was gonna stop, but after careful research (reading for 5 minutes, then asking in the end. ), I found out that I won't be able to run the Sims 3, so I stick by my signature and say "The Sims 3 will never take me alive!"

This is my third attempt at a modern home, and I am actually really pleased with how it turned out. After all the late nights building it, and the constant crashes (which I -think- I've fixed. It hasn't crashed yet! :D), I think it was worth it. It was a blast to make, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

This lot is a three bedroom, four bathroom lot, with a blue and white colour scheme to it, and plenty of skill building items. Of course, there is also plenty of rooms. I had to fill the large frame with -something-, right?

Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: $168, 967

Additional Credits:
Big thankies to Corrie, Flabaliki, Qbuilderz, Twilight and to the rest of the #create crew for their help with the lot.

Also, thankies to Numenor, for the AnyGameStarter.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

There were a few things that I changed as soon as I imported a family into there, such as the layout of the kitchen (what's with that fridge placement?) and which rooms were bedrooms. Other than that, I really enjoyed this house.

Thanks for sharing.

Ha ha, I was waiting for someone to mention the fridge placement. :: It definitely looks very wierd, yes. Thank you for bringing those up. I'll try to put a little bit more thought into the placement of the objects from now on. ::

Thank you all for the feedback. ::

This allows me to see into the minds of people! That's right, I can actually see what they're thinking!
So long as what they're thinking is exactly what I think they're thinking.
