I have created and decorated this house to suite single female sims...But normal families can live here as well. (As long as their favourite colour is pink!)





So, as you may have noticed by my screenshots, this modern split home is decked out in pink decorations. But not to worry if you dont like pink, feel free to change anything you please.

This is a spacious home made to fit somwhere from 2-5 sims.
It includes:

-A sheltered double car parking area
-Living and dining on a lower level than rest of house
-Large kitchen
-2 bedrooms
-2 bathrooms

I have enjoyed this house very much, and it is my most favourite house so far! It just looks fantastic in the game!
