Well, it's not quite a starter home, although it could easily be if you strip out some of the deco and furniture.
I finally got round to setting up Numenor's Any Game Starter and decided to make use of it! This very traditional style house would be good for your elder sims or the newly widowed/separated ones perhaps. It's fully furnished and has room to add on a pool or garden at the back.
