I don't like large homes. I want to see all my Sims at once. However, over time legacy houses do grow a bit and collect a bit of stuff.

This house has two stories, but NOT a top floor. (You can easily add one if you want.) I added the extra walls upstairs so I had a place to hang all the plaques, portraits, and art work.

All the appliances and teleporters are programmed as unbreakable. Unfortunately, I did NOT program the three sprinklers to come on automatically. (I just turn them on at 5 a.m. and then back off again a few minutes later.)

A lot of stocked fish can be found in the ponds. (They don't have all the possibilities though, as I quit fishing and stocking them after maxing that skill and getting enough perfect fish.) As fishing is better off-lot, this is really only handy for fishing during curfew hours.

There is a lot of art on the lot. I figured it is easier for you to delete what you don't want. (I used "moveObjects on" to place the paintings and plaques on the outside fences.)

This is a very playable lot. The last heir's wife wanted to be surrounded by family. So, with six kids and two non-controllable ghosts, there have been 10 Sims in residence.

I am uploading the house as a request, so I left it exactly as I was playing it. You'll find the portaits and plaques of the six kids on the top story around the living room wall. I thought it added a lived-in look, so I didn't delete them; but you can.

There is no custom content on the lot!

Lot Size: 6x6
Lot Price: 628,590 furnished, 79,939 unfurnished
