READ THIS FIRST! There is a bug/glitch with the cullumns under the house, when you place the lot, they come through the floor. I´ve fixed the problem by building walls in the edges under the house, now it works fine, and still looks good

The Unplanned (but modern) cliffhouse is situated on a cliff, unplanned, that explains the name
You: How can it be unplanned?
It´s inplanned because I dragged a small lot somewhere around Summerhilldrive and the beach beneath it, and dropped it randomly.
The house has NO bedrooms, but a great room with a kitchen,dining, living and.. a bed area. So it´s a studio design. My first and best so far
Built on collumns with Geoblending.
The lot size is 15x10 and it costs: §25.631F and §17.608UF
