I created this park to replace the huge one right in the center of Sunset Valley (of course it can be placed anywhere). It has the sunken part in the middle similar to the original but features more activities and lots more trees.

There is a playground for kids and a toddler area with toys, BBQ area, guitar, easel, kids cake stand, fire pit and plenty more. The pond is stocked with 3 different fish spawners and there are several bug spawners throughout. A toilet block with showers is included.
