Brownstone Bohemian Apartments

Brownstone Bohemian apartment building offers stylish loft style living. The upper floors of this dignified old building have been renovated to suit a more urban and vibrant lifestyle of the postmodern era.

The loft apartment contains two floors with two bedrooms (beds for four sims) and two full bathrooms: Downstairs has an open living area/kitchen, bathroom, laundry and small balcony. The bedrooms, another open living area and second bathroom are located in the attic. The apartment is situated at fourth and fifth floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator.

There is a public pool and hot-tub in the basement, and every floor has a couple of NPC doors. The balconies of NPC "apartments" are not functional since the doors have been locked. Front yard has a parking space for three veachiles and a playground. The building uses both the wall callbox and mailbox as well as the trash chute. (I used a mod made by HugeLunatic here at MTS.)

The regular garbage bin probably pops out in front of the building when the lot is placed, but it can either be deleted or moved to the back where I made a small are for garbage. If you want to edit the public areas or NPC apartments, you have to press CTRL+SHIFT+C to bring up the console and then type RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings off to use the cheat.

This is the first apartment I've built from scratch. I have playtested it for several sims days and it seemed to be functioning as planned. Some NPCs moved in, the elevators worked etc. But if any problems arise, please let me know as I'm still very much learning to make proper apartment buildings!

The lotsize is a little bit weird (25x35) but it should fit nicely with any 30x40 lots as well. You can find lotsize 25x35 in the town editor, too.
