After playing a new neighbourhood recenty that required a smaller central park, and not finding anything suitable, I decided I would create my own. Hence I give you October Park, a semi-formal park that has everything it needs on a 30x40 sized lot ($105810 furnished, $44437 unfurnished).

Lot contains - fishing, butterfly/bug/seed spawners, chess, telescope, bbq, stereo, bar, swings and amenities.

Note - I was using the default wood replacements by JaneSamborski when taking these screenshots so wood textures may appear slightly different.
