Hey fellow Simmers

Today I bring you an Education career to go with my Education Major which can be found here . I only realized after I’d finished it Seasons already had a similar career, but not everyone (including me) has Seasons, so here is a unique Education career which requires no expansion packs. It took me quite a few hours to make and write so I hope you like it!

Job Titles, Descriptions, Hours, Pay, Days:

1. Classroom Cleaner: 3-7; $90; M T T F
You didn’t think you would start teaching immediately did you? If you can still stand looking at the brats after you clean up their messes, maybe this is the career for you. Build up those cleaning skills and bring your trusty mop to work.

2. Kindergartener Caretaker: 6-5; $120; MTWTF
Note: You aren’t really teaching anything yet; you are just making sure those two don’t actually draw blood while fighting and that kid in the corner stops eating glue. Maybe if you work on your charisma and creative skills you can get out of this madhouse.

3. Substitute Teacher: 11-5; $175; TWTS
You finally get to teach something, even if they won’t listen yet. Just remember that as a substitute you will be mocked, ridiculed, insulted, disrespected and/or spitballed. Enjoy!

4. Elementary Teacher: 7-4; $300; TWTFS
They trust you enough to be a full-time teacher! Either that or they just have a staff shortage. Work on those charisma skills and keep your psychologist’s number ready, you just might need it.

5. Middle school Teacher: 7-5; $500; MWTF
So you’ve made it this far, but don’t fool yourself into thinking it gets easier, because it sure doesn’t! You are now teaching kids who are actually starting to use their brain, so dust off those logic skills and use this opportunity before their hormones replace their brains.

6. High School Teacher: 7-6; $725; SSMTF
Every teacher’s worst nightmare: The highschooler. With a body full of raging hormones they are prone to ignore everything you say, disrupt every class and send you straight into an institution for the mentally ill. Just hang on for this too shall pass. (Hopefully)

7. Principal: 8-5; $1010; TWFS
You now get to tell those inferior teachers what to do but there is more responsibility on your shoulders now. How long may his hair be? Is her skirt too short? Who will unclog the drains? What are you going to do about the green pool? When is the gym getting new gum resistant bleachers? This is definitely headache heaven.

8. University Lecturer: 9-5; $1240; MWFS
So you’ve decided to exchange children for young adults. Was that a wise decision? Why don’t you ask that guy in the front row looking at you like he’d rather be eating chalk than be here, or that girl drooling while fast asleep? At least the school kids actually listened sometimes, but the salary increase sure makes up for it!

9. President of a University: 10-4; $1743; STWF
You’re in charge again and loving it as much as you can while having to ensure that the students actually go to class sometimes. You have to put some of the parents’ numbers on speed-dial, but work on your creativity and you can soon be on your way.

10. Private Tutor: 12-5; $1999; MWF
You’ve made it to the top and what a lovely view! You get to travel around the world to where you are needed, and the brat’s rich parents are willing to pay your price. You are always in demand and you can pretty much do what you want as long as your pupil passes with flying colours. This is the life!

This career should not overwrite anything, its GUID is 0x0075D402.
Your Simmie goes to work in his/her everyday clothes because teachers really do (mostly).
Every level has its own chance card, but if you don't like chance cards, just hit 'ignore'.

I completely tested this career and everything works fine, but if something comes up, please message me. Enjoy! =)
