This Veneili Woodrise is indeed a different type house your sims, or even mine would normally live in. The house is on a smallish lot, because I didnt plan on even building this type of house or even uploading it. But I liked it so much and after a few tweaking from what it originally looked like; without a roof and the railing on top, I decided to share it with you guys!

Veneili Woodrise:
Bedroom: 1, possible 2 if added a third floor
Bathroom: 2, possible 3 if added a third floor
Porches: 2, one is lightly furnished with outdoor like furnishings
Pond! : )




Where did this name for the house come from?
Well after building, and saving I moved its first occupants in- The Veneili's. So thats pretty much where I got the first part of the houses name from. Now for the second part, Woodrise, well the house is wood on the outside, and since its raised on a hill/rock...Woodrise Just put the two words together and wallah!

Its kinda small, and what if I want my sims to have kids?
Thats absolutely fine, when I moved the Veneili's in, the wife wanted a baby, and there is absolutely no room for a thrid sim, right? So all I (and you'd) had to do is take the roof off and make some walls off to the left side, paint- in and out, then place a spiral staircase next to the one in the master bedroom! Now instead of a two story I (you'll) have THREE!
