3 Beach Terrace - 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom family home

This is the third of six interchangeable row houses built on 1x3 shrunk lots.

All are all fully furnished, contain all major appliances and are protected with fire and burglar alarms.
They have covered porches to the front and rear, small well stocked mature gardens and pleasant frontage.

All have been playtested for several sim days.

Built using Any Game Starter by Numenor

To maintain the condition of the garden I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology

Shrunk with Lot Adjuster by Mootilda

Please see the Stair threads for Scriptorium installation instructions -- the lots will work just fine if you don't install the stairs properly, but you won't be able to select, change them or use them in other lots.
