Many Sim players have abandoned or forgotten TS2 in favor of TS3 and the number of Sims 2 uploads has fallen as a result....Well Im here to put a stop to this nonsense!

Today I bring you the first home in a series I call <Project "Him!">

I think male Sims are greatly neglected when it comes to CC, especially when it comes to homes. Men need a place to display their trophies and sports pictures, hang up their dart boards and leave mess where they please....no pretty frills or flowers....just fabulous masculinity!!

There will be two types of homes in this project:

1. Homes designed especially for male Sims to live in
2. Homes designed for Sims of either gender but with the male 'Sims player' in mind (as in guys who play the game) . Im sure there are some guys out there that want a nice house for their Sim family but dont want all the pink, floral, feminine decor that goes with it.

The home I bring you today is a small 2 bedroom home designed for a Sim man and his teenage son, of course you can change the 2nd room to accommodate your needs. The home features a combined lounge and dining room, small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and basketball hoop.

No CC of any kind. Lot was tested and run through the Clean Installer...all is good!!!
