Norwegian Fishing Huts (Apartments) no CC

These 4 apartments are built after some norwegian fishing huts in which I spend a wonderful holiday. So it is kind of a big deal to me to finally have them built in the game.

I know that there is a lot of unused space in the top floor, but I wanted to keep the overall look as close to the original as possible.
On the front porch are some chairs and tables and a barbecue. There are also rooms in which the skills can be trained (including space for rope skipping for body) and a sauna. There is a small playground in the front and a pond in the back (well, actually there should be ocean but as apartments don't work on beach lots a pond has to do...)

The rent is between 2.071 and 2.098.
