Store Fixes: Route Fail

This mod fixes a few electronic items in the store that give route fail. There are two radios, Dock the DJ and Origin-al Beats 5000 Stereo, that act like stereos. When you go to upgrade them, which you shouldn't be able to do anyways, you get route fail. The mods provided make them act like radios. The TV set from Loud, Fast, Clash!, Never Mind the Milk Crates, Here's the Telly TV, gives you route fail when you go to tinker/upgrade/repair it. This fixes that, EA forgot some parts.

These DO need to be decrapped if that's how your items are installed.
