Contemporary au Courant (Large Modern House)

Interesting fact: if you translate the title, you get something along the lines of "Contemporary in the Current". It's just not the same in English.

But, before I get distracted by anything else, I should probably give you a description. This modern home is situated on a slope and, interestingly enough, the lowest level is build THROUGH the hill. So, it appears to be two stories from the front, but from the back you can see that it really has three! It features various bedrooms, a nursery, a library, multiple sitting areas, and a large deck complete with a pool. I spent a lot of time on designing the room layouts, applying unique color schemes, making the terrain sculpting work out, and getting everything to look good in general (sadly, I'm not too great at taking pictures of the interior though).

This is not the first modern house I have ever made, but it is the first I have uploaded to MTS. And although I read through the Creator Guidelines, there are probably things I could improve on. Feel free to offer me advice in the comments, and I would appreciate thanks for this download! :D
