Hello everyone!

Today I have a base game single story starter home to share with you all, It's a perfect first home for a single sim or a small family. It's built on a 3*2 lot and there's room for a driveway if you have the correct expansion installed.
This house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small study area and an open plan kitchen/living room with dining for four. It comes with basic furnishing plus a bookcase, mirror and a tv.
Fire alarm and phone is also included, No CC needed.
