Hearthome is a big, heart-shaped city that's perfect for romantic Sims.
Just throw the files in this folder: Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains.
And you'll be ready to go.
Replace the neighbourhood picture with the one provided. (The smaller, lush one.)
Hearthome is named after the city in Pokémon because I really, really couldn't think of a better name; shame on me.
There is a smaller picture file I left in for the edits to use as a pictogram for the download, because I can't zoom out far enough to show you the entire map so I had to use the in-game camera feature.
