This is only my second attempt at making a Sims 2 neighborhood using SimCity 4, and the first one that I actually liked.

I wanted something vaguely reminiscent of New York City, particularly Manhattan, but couldn't find anything already available. Thus, I was forced to make it myself and this was the result. This neighborhood consists of a central island with a grid of streets and five bridges leading off to the opposite shores where a few outlying communities can be built.

I recommend you use a camera hack to get the full benefit out of the map but it still works without it.

To install, extract the files to your Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains folder.
