Hey guys! I've been around on MTS for years now, ever since Sims 2 came out, but I've never really uploaded anything until now. So I decided to share the first house I built in Willow Creek. I absolutely adore some of the new furniture (though not so much the curtains, as you can probably see) and I love the fact that you can arrange paintings at different heights, so I played around with different styles room to room. It's quite pricey furnished, so definitely not a starter home.

To Install: Unzip the folder, move the files into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

Anyway, I hope you guys like it as much as I do. I'm going to slowly be making more houses as I go along, so hopefully they'll turn out bigger (maybe) and better (definitely).
