Female Dress w Bow Halloween Party Dress (Non Default)
There are 6 variations of the ruffled party dress. They can be found awith their own custom thumbnail beside the original EA Mesh. These have been updated for The Sims 4 base game.

I was originally inspired by the Pinkie Pie party dress and after putting on candy corn... well, I just couldn't stop! I hope you all enjoy.
