To select your desired shirts, you have to find the "skull like" white default shirt. Highlighted color watches are the new shirts.

My first contribution for The Sims 4 
As I am a huge fan of fun shirts and wear loads and lots of them in real life, I simply had to convert some of my own creations to the sim world.
