Tired of the same 3 turtleneck colors?
Turtleneck Rainbow adds 25 new colors of turtlenecks for female sims.
Turtleneck Default removes the "career" tag from Maxis' Tactical Turtleneck, unlocking it for use.
In CAS they can be found under "Everyday" typically at the very bottom of the list.
Simply unzip the file into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
