Created with Sims4Studio. These rugs were created from EA's Lattice In Indoor/Outdoor Rug (Large) and can be found next to that rug in Buy Mode/By Function/Decorations/Rugs.

The design tool will not work with this custom content. Choose your desired color option before placing the rug. To change a rug's color once placed, sell the existing rug and replace with the desired color option from the catalog.
