Say Thanks!
Thanked!
Ok, guys. This is my second painting recolor ever done (the first was my wedding photo, and I didn't think y'all would want that! ), and I'm hoping it's good for everyone. If this works for everyone, I will be doing more of these. I didn't realize it was as easy as it was! If I'd known, I would have done this a LONG time ago!
Incidently, if someone could let me know if I got the whole posting this thing right, I would GREATLY appreciate it. I want to make sure I'm doing this correct.
This is Ansel Adam's 'Rose and Driftwood' picture. My hubby is (was) a photographer, and has always loved his works. I do too, and this one was just gorgeous.
It can be found under 'Rainy Day Mainstreet'. Course, it makes it a HUGE picture, but I like it that way.
Thank you to EVERYONE that had a hand in SimPE and the Photo Studio plug in. And to everyone who would like to do this and thinks they can't... Give it a try. This plugin makes it simple!
Ok, I think this belongs here, too....
COLOUR ENABLED PACKAGES REQUIRED: These recoloured objects were made using the new colour enabling package features in SimPE Object Workshop. This enables Maxis objects which only had 1 color option available to turn the option on if content is added to provide more colour/texture items. If you do not have these colour enable packages installed this object will not be available in your game.
To download the colour enabled packages and install on your system please go to this url http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=119480 and follow the installation instructions there.

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
