**OBSOLETE** Change Appearance with Mirror FIX

EA finally fixed this bug, and this mod is no longer needed as of patch 1.96.365 (March 14, 2023 Infants Patch).

This mod fixes a bug that would result in sims not being able to use the Change Appearance interaction on a wall mirror, if the mirror is placed above another object, such as a dresser or sink. With this mod, the Change Appearance interaction will work the same as other mirror interactions, and sims should now be able to use it without complaining that something is in the way.

• Fixes the same bug with the Change Sim interaction that was added with the Gender Patch
• Fixes the same bug with the Change Appearance interaction for Toddlers

Overrides the following XML files:
PlanOutfit_Mirror: S4_E882D22F_00000000_0000000000018A5B
planOutfit_Mirror_toddler: S4_E882D22F_00000000_0000000000025718
dresser_ChangeSim: S4_E882D22F_00000000_00000000000220F8
