This house is so well done and perfectly festive!! However, it's missing some content (41 items to be exact) that is not included in the package nor the list of required content.
The most important one is the package to give you the couches as well as a few other little details, so I found it myself: https://www.thesimsresource.com/dow...ing/id/1323046/

These are also missing but easy enough to fill in yourself with your own content
- Windows (the long, tall ones featured in the image with the wall art that says "it only takes one person to change your life")
- The snow painted on the ground
- The overhead lights in the bedroom

- the windows in the room with wall art words should be from game itself. i checked it when i made the house but if they dont appear then yes you can use your own :D

-bedroom lights everywhere are from game if you mean those on the mirror then i used cheat to get them on top of the mirror
